I received my Associates Degree from Pitt Community College in 2014. I provide modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal (after 12 weeks), Cupping, Myofascial Release, and Hot Stone. My goal is for my clients to feel safe and comfortable while helping them achieve a better lifestyle physically, mentally, and emotionally with a reduction in stress and/or chronic pain.
